About Carley

Hi my name is Carley. I have been a Personal Trainer since 2010 and in the fitness industry since 1981.

In both training for marathons and training others, I have found that anyone can achieve a goal with the proper help: it truly is a team effort. Accomplishing what one thought was impossible is a life-changing experience. I had never run more than a few minutes at a time until just before my 39th birthday when I ran my first mile. Then while raising three small children, I trained for and finished my first marathon on my 40th birthday! I want to help others experience the same fitness and wellness high I have felt. As not only your trainer, but your teammate, we will set goals together, prevent injuries, reach milestones, and have fun, which all makes the time and effort worth it. So let’s go!
